Welcome to the Village of Hickory Ridge, the second largest of the ten Columbia villages. Our three neighborhoods of Clary’s Forest, Hawthorn and Clemens Crossing enjoy abundant open spaces and freedom from heavy traffic. Each area, however, is convenient to the downtown, community college, hospital and major highways. Amenities include three pools, three county parks, an attractive village shopping center, and our community building, The Hawthorn Center.

Our active Village Board of Directors and Resident Architectural Committee serve the community with grassroots “government” and covenant enforcement. Columbia is a covenant town with architectural guidelines that address the appearance of all properties. We recommend that you request a Letter of Compliance before purchasing a home in Hickory Ridge. This is a guarantee that you are purchasing a property free of any covenant violation.

The Village Office staff helps residents with information, referrals and community events for all ages. Stop by our office in The Hawthorn Center and acquaint yourself with everything Hickory Ridge has to offer.
